Crispy poori,sweet potato and chick pea flour dumpling, steamed yogurt and vermicelli cake, tomato chutney. Available as a vegan option.

SMOKED TOTATO CHILL AND LIME CRAB CAKE

DOSAI

Dosai with gently spiced potatoes, mustard and onions. Sambar, assorted chutney. The dosai is a South Indian crepe. Available as a vegan option.

TENDER BREAST OF POUSSIN

Coriander chutney, mango and red onion salad.

KENTISH LAMB SAUSAGES

Pickled mango chutney, white kidney beans, rosemary and cinnamon poached peach.

LENTIL AND RICE PANCAKE FILLED WITH WILD QUINOA

Asparagus, crispy okra, chickpea masala mash cake, sauce of buttermilk and gram flour. Cumin spiced red lentil and spinach. Mint and coriander chutney. Available as a vegan option.

EXOTIC MUSHROOM RISTOTTO STUFFED BUTTERNUT SQUASH, ASPARAGUS, PARMESAN

Cumin spiced red lentil and spinach, chickpea masala mash cake, sauce buttermilk and gram flour. Available as a vegan option.

BAKED AUBERGINE FLAVOURED WITH GARLIC AND RED PEPPER, KENTISH GOATS CHEESE.

Cumin spiced red lentil and spinach, asparagus, sauce of green pea and herbs, paprika fenugreek potatoes, steamed biryani style rice. Available as a vegan option.

AMBRETTE STYLE CHICKEN THIGH WITH LEMON GRASS, STIR FRIED GREENS, DAUPHINOISE POTATO

Mint and coriander chutney, fresh coriander, biryani rice.

BEEF STEW

Dauphinoise potato, biryani rice, seasonal vegetables.

BELLY OF BRITISH PORK

Belly of British Pork. Biryani rice, seasonal vegetables, dauphinoise potatoes, crackling, sauce of tomato and ginger.

TILAPIA

Tilapia, locally grown sea spinach and red lentil. dauphinoise potatoes, biryani rice, Kerala coconut sauce. (It is possible that some bones will remain in the fish)

Poached pear with red wine and aromatic spices. Vegan option.

LEMON AND POMEGRANATE BAVAROIS

Lemon and pomegranate bavarois. Brandy cream

CHOCOLATE TART

Chocolate tart with vanilla and brandy cream

MANGO KULFI

Mango kulfi, flaked coconut, poppy seeds and almonds.

ROSE AND VANILLA CREME BRULEE

Rose and vanilla creme brulee. Dehydrated Rose petal.
