The British Isles are abundant with great quality game such as wood pigeon, venison etc. Cooking wild meat is also popular in other cultures around the world. Fire up your wild side by creating stunning wild and exotic dishes with Dev.  Once you have prepared all three courses, enjoy socialising and dining with Dev and other cookery enthusiasts.

 

Exchange ideas, techniques and recipes with a group of foodies. Great for groups and individuals.

THE MENU

BREAST OF WOOD PIGEON SMOKED WITH CLOVES 
Rosemary and cinnamon poached peach, pigeon roulade, chili and mango chutney, mango and red onion salad.

VENISON 
Paprika fenugreek potato, biryani rice, seasonal vegetables.

CHOCOLATE TART, VANILLA AND BRANDY CREAM
